Iowa Valley Community College District (IVCCD) operates Marshalltown Community College, Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls, Iowa Valley Continuing Education, and Iowa Valley Grinnell. IVCCD Board of Directors

IVCCD is a public, tax-supported institution governed by a locally-elected Board of Directors representing seven Director Districts throughout our geographical area (Hardin, Marshall, Poweshiek and most of Tama County, plus small portions of six adjoining counties). The Director Districts are composed of 14 local K-12 school district boundaries. Our Board members are elected to serve as policy-makers and oversee the academic and budgetary policies of this institution. Current Board members represent Director Districts as follows:

	Director District I: All that portion lying within Ackley-Geneva-Wellsburg-Steamboat Rock, Alden, and Iowa Falls School Districts. Larry W. Johnson, President: Director Johnson has served on the IVCCD Board since 1986; he is a resident of Iowa Falls.
	Director District II: All that portion lying within BCLUW, Eldora-New Providence, Green Mountain-Garwin, and Hubbard-Radcliffe School Districts, and the portion of Gladbrook-Reinbeck School District that lies within the boundary of IVCCD. Clark Lawler: Director Lawler began serving on the IVCCD Board in 2019; he is a resident of Eldora.
	Director District III: All that portion lying within East Marshall School District; the portion of Grinnell-Newburg School District that lies within the Hickory Grove Precinct in Jasper County; and the portion of Marshalltown School District lying within the Third Ward in the City of Marshalltown and Eden/Logan, Jefferson and Timber Creek Precincts in Marshall County of said school district. Jackie Pippin:  Director Pippin has served on the IVCCD Board since 2021; she is a resident of Marshalltown.
	Director District IV: All that portion lying within West Marshall School District and the portion of Marshalltown School District in the Second Ward in the City of Marshalltown and Bangor/Liscomb, Marietta/Washington and Taylor Precincts in Marshall County of said school district. Deborah Jones: Director Jones has served on the IVCCD Board since 2008; she is a resident of Clemons.
	Director District V: All that portion lying within Marshalltown School District in the First and Fourth Wards in the City of Marshalltown and LeGrand and Marion/Vienna Precincts in Marshall County of said school district. Chris Brodin: Director Brodin has served on the IVCCD Board since 2015; he is a resident of Marshalltown.
	Director District VI: All that portion lying within the South Tama and Brooklyn-Guernsey-Malcolm School Districts, and the portion of Grinnell-Newburg School District lying within MS Precinct in Poweshiek County of said school district. Joanna Hofer: Director Hofer has served on the IVCCD Board since 2017; she is a resident of Tama.
	Director District VII: All that portion lying within Montezuma School District that lies within the boundary of IVCCD, and the portion of Grinnell-Newburg School District lying within the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Wards in the City of Grinnell and CGWS Precincts in Poweshiek County of said school district. Paul William Pohlson, Vice President: Director Pohlson has served on the IVCCD Board since 2006; he is a resident of Grinnell.
	Dr. Kristie Fisher, IVCCD Chancellor. Ex-officio, non-voting.
	Gena Garber, Treasurer. Vice Chancellor of Administration, non-voting.
	Barbara Jennings, Secretary. Assistant to the Chancellor/Board Secretary, non-voting.
