Buena Vista University celebrates 35 years in Marshalltown

Marshalltown Community College faculty, staff and students joined Buena Vista University in celebrating BVU’s 35th anniversary of offering educational programs and services on the MCC campus. Speakers included Dr. Joshua Merchant, BVU President, and Dr. Chris Duree, IVCCD Chancellor. Pictured is a ceremonial signing of a lease agreement between the two colleges with Dr. Robin Lilienthal (MCC Provost), Dr. Duree, Dr. Merchant, Dr. Jim Salvucci (BVU Vice President for Academic Affairs & Dean of Faculty), Dr. Jill Rhea (BVU Dean of Online, Site & Graduate Programs), and Taylor Williams (BVU Regional Director for Mason City, Iowa Falls and Marshalltown).
