Marshalltown campus renovation open house Sept. 15

MARSHALLTOWN – Iowa Valley Community College District, Marshalltown Community College, and Iowa Valley Business and Community Solutions invite the public to attend the Marshalltown Campus Renovation Projects Open House on Thursday, September 15.
The event will be held from 3:30-5:30 pm with a program, ribbon cutting, and reception at 4 pm in the B.J. Harrison Library. Light refreshments will be provided. Those attending are encouraged to park in the new parking lot located on the west side of campus and enter through door number one by Admissions.
The renovations are a part of the 2019 Bond referendum. MCC renovations included computer labs, networking lab, B.J. Harrison Library, Student Success Center, Ray Frederick Gallery, Marketing Suite, parking lots, physics lab, the Hall of Care, restrooms, faculty offices, and a new Esports Arena.
Business and Community Solutions renovated their entrance and parking lot, Dejardin Hall, restrooms and lobby.
